What We Do

Bike and boat looks simple from the outside — get a yacht, get some bikes, ride between harbors. In practice it takes multiple operations running in parallel: a yacht charter brokerage - done by one team and a cycling-tour planning team assisting too. We run both in-house. And we have on-site partners providing bike rentals.

On any given week, here's what the team handles:

How We Got Here

Bike and Boat Croatia exists because the same email kept arriving in two of our sister brands.

From Cycling Holidays guests: "Can you do this on a boat?" From Croatia Gulet guests: "Can we add cycling to our charter?"

The audiences overlapped more than we'd guessed. Cyclists wanted a moving base — no daily luggage transfers, no hotel changes. Yacht charterers wanted something more active than a week of swimming. Both wanted a yacht week designed around a cycling itinerary, not the other way around.

So we built it. Our parent group has run yacht charters in Croatia for more than a decade, and crafted cycling itineraries across Europe since 2020. Bike and Boat Croatia is where those two specialisms meet — and the only operator in Croatia we know of that runs both sides under one roof.
